An established real estate professional with experience in residential and commercial sales, Mike has achieved a high level of success in his career.
Born and raised in Butler, New Jersey, he earned a BA in Business and Communications from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey in 1988.
Mike earned his real estate license in New Jersey in 2004 and started his own real estate team with his wife Kathleen “The Gagg Real Estate Team” in Sparta, New Jersey. They were involved in direct sales, marketing and branding of homes in central New Jersey. They exceeded $20 million in sales in their first year.
During his real estate career he earned numerous sales awards including the ReMax Platinum Award. Mike also earned the circle of excellence Gold, Silver & Bronze awards.
Mike has closed over 100 million dollars in sales in his 14 year career while consistently ranking in the top 1% of all realtors.
Prior to his career in real estate, he worked for Altherm, Inc., an established plumbing and heating company, since 1947 located in Englewood, New Jersey. As V.P. of retail sales, he was responsible for marketing and sales of product lines. He led a team of 23 sales associates on the East Coast and through training and aggressive techniques boosted sales 22% on average over his 12 year career there. In 2000 he was honored as Rep Captain of the year. Then again in 2002, he was recognized as sales person of the year for his unsurpassed leadership skills by Delta Faucet Company.
Recognized for his knowledge of the real estate market, contracts, negotiating and patience working with both buyers and sellers, Mike has become a trusted professional in the community.
