Katy is originally from Elmira, New York and relocated to the Englewood area in 1999 after her husband. Jim, retired from the United States Air Force. She has worked as a Realtor with Terry and Marilyn since that time. Katy holds the NHCB (New Home Co-Broker) designation that assists buyers interested in building their new dream home in this area. Katy has 2 children and 4 grandchildren that live locally so much of her leisure time is spent with family. She loves relaxing on the water… kayaking. boating, fishing and exploring fun tiki bars!
