Bill moved to Florida from New England in 2007 after a 30-year career in municipal law enforcement. With a strong background in serving and protecting others he was encouraged by friends to continue this tradition of helping others by becoming a Realtor.

Today’s average homebuyer or seller doesn’t care as much about an agent’s past accomplishments, as they do about the agent’s ability to help them find the right house, negotiate skillfully, and manage the paperwork. Known by clients, colleagues and friends alike for his honesty, tenacity and fairness, Bill can do just that.

He brings the same passion, determination and work ethic to get the job done right that he had in policing to the real estate profession. Bill also enjoys a reputation for quick, timely responses to each client’s needs and concerns. Using modern day cyber skills and technology, his telephone and tablet are always at hand.

His specific areas of expertise include helping customers ell or find a home in Florida, particularly in Punta Gorda, Burnt Store, Port Charlotte, Deep Creek, Englewood and North Port. He has been certified by the American School of Real Estate Express, LLC, as a Certified Seniors Specialist, which is important to Baby Boomers. He also enjoys working with people looking for and selling waterfront property, international buyers, and is comfortable working with wealthy investors as well as first-time buyers.

Bill is an active member in the professional networking real estate groups, including, My Florida Regional MLS (MFR/MLS), the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Board of Realtors (PGPCNP), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is an active member the Curmudgeon Club of Charlotte County.
